Returns & Exchanges

At Bird Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if a piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are included, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
